1. Definitions

9. Responsible Gaming

The platform enforces a strict 21+ age policy and provides a range of tools to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity. 12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bhk999 holds its international offshore gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion with bhk999 support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

15. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and applicable Game Rules, constitute the entire agreement between bhk999 and the Player with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: bhk999's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of bhk999's right to enforce it in the future.

Language: These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
